Monochrome flowers

Here are more pictures of cherry blossoms - the white ones are out, too. So I decided these were made for black and white:

If you have time, visit Aileni's Monochrome Maniacs website for more monochromes.

Very delicate - flowers don't always look at their best in B&W but white does seem to work.

How beautiful. Those delicate dark tendrils(?) set against the white petals. It's almost ethereal.

Beautiful taste of spring and I like the way the blossoms look in monochrome.

Love cherry blossoms. I'm begging for a bit of pink among all that black. Maybe I'm just not a monochrome kinda person. It's a great shot.

Beautiful! I'm glad you did this in black and white. It reminds me Japanese art (not sure what it's called). It wouldn't surprise me to so Japanese writing to the side of it.
