My guess is that it did go over red, too. Very dangerous, if yes! I'm glad to see that the road was quite empty. May be that was why (s)he was speeding in the first place. Great capture. Have a great day :)
Looks like he run a red light! LOL
I think he was the third car and yes he ran the red light. I'm scared to run red! Too high a penalty!
