Our Lab is in the process of being decommissioned and so everything has to be packed - and even worse - tidied up and cleaned. Below is a collection of bottles which was tucked away in a long forgotten fridge. We had always wondered why the Lab was such a stinky place - now we think these bottles might have been the culprits, which contained all the worlds most evil pollutants dissolved in disgusting solvents:

Now that is a bit different. Bringing your work home with you...:)
I have a vague memory of messing about with a mask on a wire whilst enlarging but I don't remember why.
Interesting picture! Good for monochrome.
Lab bottles are very good candidates for black and white, as you have shown here. But look out for cracks! One almost cost me a finger 20 years ago.
Oh gross! But a very good photo!
Just love the compositon, the botles was so very beautiful. Nice start to this week to you.
I like this monochrome shot a great deal. Sometimes the most ordinary objects make the best pictures.
A bit of a Dr Jeckle & Mr Hyde look...lol
A creative potion shot....
That's quite the story, EW! Good thing the aroma didn't come through the Internet. ;-) It makes an interesting monochrome, though!
I think it's a very cool shot.
Bim, you mean you breathed all that pollution during the day !
At least it gives you a perfect subject, very original. I like when I don't expect what I see.
They make a great monochrome shot, all the better since I don't have to breathe them in!
Great monochrome! Brought back good memories of last year's chemistry classes - I also liked the shape of those flasks, especially the bigger ones. To me, they felt very alchemisty!
Interesting picture! I really liked it!
Unusual shot, i like it.
No disappointment here ..
What a neat shot! Perfect in b/w.
Great picture! I love the subject choice. Very interesting and effective in monochrome.
You certainly posted it Right! "contained all the worlds most evil pollutants dissolved in disgusting solvents"
I wish I can have one for sentimental reason. I had been a lab user myself many years ago at school, and glass items like these can be cumbersome to clean after class. I love the smell of benzene though.
