watery -

I feel a bit washed out and watered down by all the rain and river in the last couple of weeks - hence this week's water photo is nothing but a reflection of my work place. I think it lacks enthusiasm...or maybe that's just how I feel:

Generally, it's really quite pretty there:

Back to Watery Wednesdays, hosted by 2SweetnSaxy, for lovely water photos from all parts of the world.

I like the first one. It's the texture of the water plus the sun's reflection that create such a unique photo.

Send some rain our way.

Ooh, I love the first photo. That splash of rain makes it a great painting!

I think it must be your mood if you can't see how stunning that reflection is. It looks like an oil painting. Or how pretty that 2nd shot is with the blue flowers in the grass. They're both beautiful!!

Hey Bim, tell you what? You may be feeling washed down. Your picture above is kind of having an abstract feature on it. I saw a man's head with thick hair and eyes. Maybe my eyes are just too sharp that I can see objects behind those reflections. Take a close look again. Nice view too!

Love these photos! The first one creates a texture like impasto painting. I like the mood too. It looks like pent up energy and the sun breaking through the clouds makes me think of inspiration breaking through.

They are beautiful but it's been raining buckets here too so I know what you mean about feeling dreary!

I really like both the photos...

It's very cool how the clouds and sun are reflected in the water, in the first one ... and the leaves lying on the wooden railing.

I like all the details in the second one .. the upturned rowboat ... the mother goose and her goslings...

Very cool !!
