He seemed to be on his own? Is this common there?... to let children wander off on their own? Imagining myself as that small child makes me feel quite lonely and frightened.
I started my working life as a film maker. Then I began to feel useless and became a scientist instead. I love my new job but I can't give up cameras completely. Now I have accumulated so many photos that they're quite squashed in their digital box - so please click on them for instant liberation. If you want to know what cameras I use you have to click to see the complete profile.

I wonder if his feet will be better than mine in seven decades... it would not surprise me.
I wonder what he's looking for or where he's heading.
i think he's looking if there's a car approaching. smart small pedestrian!

This one is a little sad. Wonderful capture.
This is a very sad photo. A good one... but the story is sad. I hate to see little kids wandering around by themselves.
Mine is up. I hope you have time to check it out.

Wow,... great capture. A shame he was out there all alone.
Scary to think about this barefoot lonely child.
Hope he found his parents, he seems so lost...
Nicely captured.
