I have spent more years within sight of the sea than not, and then close enough to makes visits easy.
The window you show must get the rough with the smooth - gets noisy and slates fly about... the downside.

I would say that's something very much missed in most houses. It's so beautiful but I would imagine rather a damp environment and cold too in the winter.

Having had a sea view room I can safely say the ups far outweigh the downs. This is excellent very René Magritte, La condición humana and I do like Magritte.
