This is the sky over Glyndebourne in May (and before the Opera season starts - hence all lawns are deserted). When I think of nice English spring weather then these genteel clouds spring to (my) mind first.

Beautiful, so scenic. And the clouds? genteel. :)
What a magnificent photo! Looks like a painting! And it looks very English - you ARE known for your wonderful lawns. :)
The gardener who manage the green on the golfcourse I play on, is from England. It figures!
And the sky is so nice - no rain in those clouds!
Wow, glorious sky. This is how I have always pictured the English countryside.
I love this gentle rolling countryside. Your photos are brilliant!
Those are beautiful clouds and singing happy tunes!
Blue skies,clouds,green grass,trees what a beautiful picture.
Picture perfect Bim! Absolute in its excellence! That is over the top comment I have made I think.
The green landscape to a well-manicured lawn, the immaculate white clouds look like angels watching over you; blue sky and the afternoon shadow to compliment the frame. This picture tells the mind of the artist who capture this so well! That's enough Me. Really, I mean it with all my heart. :)
Please check out my new blog. You'll come in a nice surprise. Just wait!
lucky you to be working here. i won't mind being here everyday and watch the sky! lovely!
This is what I would imagine heaven looks like... it's beautiful.
Hi from Brighton - not that far from Glyndebourne. Beautiful sky and love your blog.
They would never dream of raining on your parade!
Nice shot..no allusion to hunting intended.
Very pleasant scene, nice place for a stroll.
