It was cold when we went out for our afternoon walk today. Hardly anybody was outside. I felt a bit melancholy, having worked on the computer all day with the BBC blaring Egypt updates into my ear. How much up-to-date is too much up-to-date? The sunset, though, was gorgeous. It's very hard to resist a good sunset. Even though I've snapped so many of them.
Happy New Year! I had a great holiday - which involved some driving to get from one festivity to the next. One of my pastimes when I wasn't driving was to whip out the camera at roadworks and do some 'light paining'...I feel there is plenty of scope to improve...especially in terms of control...but it was fun:
I started my working life as a film maker. Then I began to feel useless and became a scientist instead. I love my new job but I can't give up cameras completely. Now I have accumulated so many photos that they're quite squashed in their digital box - so please click on them for instant liberation. If you want to know what cameras I use you have to click to see the complete profile.
